DEVLIN KEEPS RESIDENTS INFORMED ABOUT WATER SUPPLY IN BLACKROCK, BOOTERSTOWN, DEANSGRANGE, SEAPOINT / MONKSTOWN AREA:

DEVLIN INFORMS LOCAL RESIDENTS ABOUT TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF
GROVE AVENUE & GEORGE'S AVENUE:

Roads Act, 1993, Section 75

GROVE AVENUE
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council have made an Order to temporarily close a section of Grove Avenue in order to facilitate road restoration works. The dates of the closure are from 3rd August to 7th September 2010, both dates inclusive.  A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation and diversions will be signposted. Local and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

The diversion route approaching from Stillorgan Park will be via Avoca Road, Avoca Avenue and back to Grove Avenue and vice versa.

GREORGE'S AVENUE
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has received an application from the ESB to temporarily close Georges Avenue, Blackrock between the junctions of Anglesea Avenue and Frascati Park.

The purpose of the closure is to facilitate the ESB Blackrock to Ringsend cable works. The proposed dates of the closure are from Monday August 23rd to Thursday August 26th 2010, both dates inclusive.  A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation and diversions will be signposted.

Any interested parties may lodge an objection with the Senior Engineer, Traffic Section, Transportation Department, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire County Dublin not later than noon on Friday 13th August 2010. For more info visit www.dlrcoco.ie
