Councillor Cormac Devlin requested the Council to clean up the flower beds in Kilbegnet Close, Dalkey at a recent Area Committee Meeting:
Question:
To ask the Manager to clean up the flower beds in Kilbegnet Close, Dalkey and re-plant shrubs (if necessary) particularly along the back of the estate?
Reply:
There is significant pruning and clearance required in this area.
However, there is no provision made in the maintenance budget for this work.
Representations will be made to the Housing Department to fund this work and the Councillor will be informed of the outcome.
