Cormac also meets constituents monthly in Shankill on the last Saturday of the month alongside local councillor Michael Clark in Brady's Public House. Please note that no advice clinics are held on Bank Holiday weekends or during the month of August.

All of the above clinics are strictly held by appointment only and can be simply arranged by contacting Cormac's office on (01) 275 0786 or by clicking here. While Cormac is not a Peace Commissioner or Notary Public, if you contact his office, they will be able to assist you with these services.
Cormac assists constituents with a wide range of queries and is available to give advice, witness documents or guidance on a query that any individual, couple, family, community group, residents' association, management company or sports club may have i.e. housing, funding, Council related matters, forms, health (HSE), social protection, passports, issues with Government Departments as well as dealing with various agencies, etc.
Only copy documentation (never originals, unless required) will be accepted by Cormac so please only bring copy documents with you, if possible please.
If your query is related to planning issue or a particular site, it should be noted that Cormac and his council colleagues are all a Designated Public Officials and certain discussions about specific land/planning proposals may be considered lobbying under the Lobbying Act 2015. Prior to your appointment, you are advised to familiarise yourself with your obligations under this Act and you should take this quick 3 step test.
